When we simply can’t face any more basic black Melburnians turn instead to beautiful blues. The cool hue is a little bolder and a little more cheery than our stereotypical uniform but can be just as elegant in silky satin or casual with white spots. It can be tricky to pull of polka dots away from the race track but the young lady below accomplishes the feat effortlessly. There is certainly nothing devilish about these blue dresses.
