Amid the Rosemount Australian Fashion Week rush it can be all too easy to overlook other acheivements that local labels are making away from the runways. So before we delve into official RAFW happenings this year, we’d love to say a hearty congratulations to Lisa Ho who has just been ECA accredited. This means she has been working with the newly-renamed Ethical Clothing Australia to ensure her label is fair for all workers along the supply chain.

So there’s every reason to celebrate as Lisa Ho opened the offical runway proceedings for RAFW 2010 this morning. Her Spring Summer 2010/11 collection is filled with draping that highlights rather than disguises the figure, digital prints from nature and plenty of nude tones.
