Federal Coffee has undergone a delicious transformation, drawing inspiration from the charming streets and cafe culture of Paris.

The sweet highlight of this new menu is the introduction of cone crepes, offering classic Parisian flavors with a distinct Melbourne twist. These delicate treats come in a variety of flavours, reminiscent of the finest French patisseries but with a unique twist, including Creme Brûlée, Golden Gaytime, and Red Velvet.

For those seeking savoury indulgence, Federal Coffee presents Buckwheat Galette crepes, with options like smoked ham, Gruyère, black truffle, and mushroom with asparagus and goat’s cheese.

In addition to the new signature crepe offering, the all-day menu has been revamped, featuring a decadent Pork Belly Benedict served on crispy smoked cheddar waffles, a signature Steak Frites Baguette topped with French Brie and lashings of Paris butter, and their own take on the classic Smashed Avo. This rendition utilises native ingredients, including a zesty lemon myrtle-laced seed mixture and whipped macadamia creme, among other mouthwatering options.
